IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery of your item(s) ensuring safe arrival of your package.
I HAVE MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT CAN I DO?
A Delivery Notice Card will be left to show that your package will available for pickup at a certain time at a nearby post office.
A Final Notice Card will be sent to you if you haven’t picked up your package after 5 calendar days.
Your package will be held at the post office for 15 calendar days, after which time, your package will be returned to us.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Should this happen, your order will be cancelled and you will be required to repeat the process with an accepted mailing address.

In these rare cases, please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, VOLARÉ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At this current time, all items are final sale due to the exclusivity of items including Pre-order and Made-To-Order products.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges once your order is placed.
